Privacy policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We collect nothing else, and we do not ask you to create an account.

We do not collect any information about your child. If you tell us a height or an age over WhatsApp so we can help you pick a size, we use it for that conversation and nothing more.

We do not receive your payment credentials. Those go directly to Midtrans.

Solely to process your order, deliver it, and contact you about it. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Midtrans, to take payment. Our delivery courier, to bring you your parcel. Our email provider, to send your receipt. Nobody else.

Email hello@jessekids.example at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within seven days.

We keep order records for as long as Indonesian tax and consumer law requires, then delete them.
