JESSE KIDS is a clothing label based in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. Contacting us at hello@jessekids.example or on WhatsApp reaches a person, not a queue.

By placing an order you agree to these terms.

All prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and include delivery anywhere in Indonesia. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — there are no additional fees at the door.

Payments are processed by Midtrans. We never receive or store your card, bank or e-wallet credentials. An order is confirmed only once Midtrans notifies us that payment has settled.

Unpaid orders expire after 24 hours and the stock is returned to the shop.

We make small runs. Occasionally a size sells out between the moment you add it to your cart and the moment you pay. If that happens we will tell you before charging you, and no payment will be taken.

We dispatch within two working days from Ubud, Bali. Delivery typically takes two to five working days depending on where you are. We will send tracking details by email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather or public holidays, but we will always help you chase a parcel.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
